A limited number of tickets for each performance will be sold via online lottery. Entries will be accepted at https://www.luckyseat.com/book-of-mormon from one week prior to 11am the day before the performance. At approximately noon the day before the performance names will be drawn at random for a limited number of tickets priced at $50 each. Limit one entry per person and two tickets per winner - entries will be checked for duplicates. Winners will be notified via email. Winners must purchase tickets online using the link provided in their notification email no later than 4:00PM ET the day before the performance. Tickets may be purchased with a valid credit card. Tickets are subject to availability. Tickets will most likely be partial or obstructed view and pairs may be split.
Standing room tickets are $27 and are available at the box office 1 hour prior to curtain, only when the performance is sold out. Please know you must be physically able to stand throughout the whole show.
Any tickets that have been returned to the box office are sold at face value to the cancellation line. The line for standing room and cancellation tickets forms at the theatre every day. We cannot recommend the best time to arrive as every day is different.
A FRIENDLY MORMON WARNING: There have been isolated cases of fraudulent tickets being presented at our theater. The best way to avoid this is to purchase tickets from Ticketmaster on the phone, Ticketmaster.com, or at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre Box Office Window in-person.

Your safety is our highest concern. Doors will open 45 minutes prior to show time, so please arrive early and leave plenty of time for security screening. Firearms or weapons of any kind will not be allowed inside the theatre.
All Orchestra seats are located on the main floor of the theatre. There are no steps leading into the Orchestra level of the theatre from the sidewalk. Mezzanine seats are located on the second level: up 25 stairs from the Orchestra. Please be aware that the Eugene O'Neill Theatre does not have an elevator, however all staircases have handrails.
While some theatre-goers do get dressed up for their visit to our theatres, you are welcome to wear what makes you most comfortable. Keep in mind that our theatres are kept cool year-round, so you may want to bring a sweater.

As you're getting settled, please visit our bars (one on each level) to enjoy a drink or snack, which you are welcome to take to your seat.
Men's and Ladies' restrooms are located down 1 flight of stairs from the lobby. The Eugene O'Neill Theatre does not have an elevator. However, an accessible restroom is available in The Time Hotel directly adjacent to the theatre at 224 West 49th Street. A member of the theatre staff will be more than happy to guide guests needing an accessible restroom to The Time Hotel.
There is no coat check at the theatre, but if you have a large bag we'd be happy to check it for you. Please speak to a member of our staff when you arrive. The charge is $3 per item.

The Eugene O'Neill Theatre offers D-Scriptive devices for the blind, I-Caption devices for the deaf, audio induction neck loops for those who have a "T" switch on their hearing aid or cochlear implant, infrared headsets to enhance sound and dialogue, and Showtrans devices in Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish. If an assistive device would help you enjoy the show, please visit the headset booth in the Orchestra Bar lobby. There is no charge, but a valid photo ID is required as a deposit.
The Eugene O’Neill Theatre provides wheelchair-accessible seating on the Orchestra level of the theatre for all performances for patrons who use wheelchairs and their companions. There are no steps leading into the Orchestra level of the theatre from the sidewalk. There are steps to access seating on other levels of the theatre. Pricing for wheelchair-accessible seats on the Orchestra level varies so as to capture the range of prices available throughout the theatre.

Orchestra Location: Seating is accessible to all parts of the Orchestra without steps. There are no steps to the designated wheelchair seating locations. Wheelchair seating is in the Orchestra only. Mezzanine Location: Located on the 2nd level: up 25 steps from the Orchestra. There is an additional 15 steps up to the remainder of the Mezzanine. Entrance to Mezzanine is behind row D. Please Note: On the Mezzanine level, there are approximately 2 steps up/down per row.
