ONLINE LOTTERY

A limited number of tickets for each performance will be sold via online lottery. Entries will be accepted at http://lottery.kinkybootsthemusical.com from one week prior to 11am the day before the performance. At approximately noon the day before the performance names will be drawn at random for a limited number of tickets priced at $37 each. Limit one entry per person and two tickets per winner - entries will be checked for duplicates. Winners will be notified via email. Winners must purchase tickets online using the link provided in their notification email no later than 10:00PM ET the day before the performance. Tickets may be purchased with a valid credit card. Tickets are subject to availability. Tickets will most likely be partial or obstructed view and pairs may be split.

STANDING ROOM TICKETS

Standing room tickets are $27 and available at the Box Office only immediately following the conclusion of the lottery. Standing Room is only sold if the performance is sold out. Limit 2 per person.

CANCELLATION TICKETS

Any tickets that have been returned to the box office are sold at face value to the cancellation line. The line for standing room and cancellation tickets forms at the theatre every day. We cannot recommend the best time to arrive as every day is different.

AT THE THEATRE

WHERE ARE YOUR SEATS?

All Orchestra seats are located on the main floor of the theatre. Mezzanine seats are located up 1 flight of stairs. Please be aware that the Al Hirschfeld Theatre does not have an elevator. However, all staircases have handrails.

DRINKS AND SNACKS

Located on all levels, the Al Hirschfeld bars are stocked with a range of cocktails and non-alcoholic beverage choices, which you are welcome to take back to your seats. Don’t forget to pick up a snack!

RESTROOMS

The Ladies’ restroom is located down 1 flight of stairs from the Orchestra level. The Men’s restroom is located on the Mezzanine level. An accessible restroom is located on the Orchestra level.

COAT CHECK

If you have a bag or large coat, we'd be happy to check it for you. Our coat check is located in the Orchestra lobby. The charge is $3 per item.

TAKE HOME SOMETHING TO REMEMBER

Visit one of the merchandise booths, 1 on each level, to take home a souvenir from the show.

ACCESSIBILITY

Access Information

The Al Hirschfeld Theatre provides wheelchair-accessible seating on the Orchestra level of the theatre for all performances for patrons who use wheelchairs and their companions. There are no steps leading into the Orchestra level of the theatre from the sidewalk. There are steps to access seating on other levels of the theatre. Pricing for wheelchair-accessible seats on the Orchestra level varies so as to capture the range of prices available throughout the theatre.

Accessibility by Seating Section

Orchestra Location:
Seating is accessible to all parts of the Orchestra without steps. There are no steps to the designated wheelchair seating locations. Wheelchair seating is in the Orchestra only.

Mezzanine Location:
Located on the 2nd level: up 20 steps from the Orchestra. There is an additional 7 steps up from the Mezzanine lobby to the Mezzanine entrance (located behind row D), and an additional 28 steps up to the remainder of the Mezzanine.
Please Note: On the Mezzanine level, there are approximately 2 steps up/down per row.

There is a wheelchair accessible unisex restroom located on the Orchestra level. The Women's restroom (not wheelchair accessible) is located down 18 steps down from the Orchestra. The Men's restroom (not wheelchair accessible) is located in the Mezzanine, up 20 steps from the Orchestra.
