A limited number of tickets for each performance will be sold via online lottery.
All guests, regardless of age, require a ticket for entry. Disney recommends Frozen for ages 6 and up. A limited number of booster seats are available at the theatre.back to the top
All Orchestra seats are located on the main floor of the theatre. Mezzanine seats are located up 2 flights of stairs and Balcony seats are located up an additional 6 flights of stairs. Please be aware that the St. James Theatre does not have an elevator, however all staircases have handrails.
Located on all levels, the St. James Theatre bars are stocked with a range of cocktails and non-alcoholic beverage choices, which you are welcome to take back to your seats. Don’t forget to pick up a snack!
Men’s and Ladies’ restrooms are located down 1 flight of stairs from the Orchestra level. Patrons seated in the Mezzanine and Balcony will find a Men’s and Ladies’ restroom on their level.
If you have a bag or large coat, we'd be happy to check it for you. Please visit the coat check in the Orchestra lobby. The charge is $3 per item.
Visit one of the merchandise booths, located on the Orchestra, Mezzanine and Balcony levels, to take home a souvenir from the show.back to the top
The St. James Theatre provides wheelchair-accessible seating on the Orchestra level of the theatre for all performances for patrons who use wheelchairs and their companions. There are no steps leading into the Orchestra level of the theatre from the sidewalk. There are steps to access seating on other levels of the theatre. Pricing for wheelchair-accessible seats on the Orchestra level varies so as to capture the range of prices available throughout the theatre.

Orchestra Location: Seating is accessible to all parts of the Orchestra without steps, but there are 1-2 steps up to access rows Q-T in the Center and Right Orchestra. There are no steps to the designated wheelchair seating locations. Wheelchair seating is in the Orchestra only. Mezzanine Location: On the 2nd Level: up 20 steps from the Orchestra. There is no elevator to the Mezzanine. Entrance is behind row F. There are approximately 2 steps up/down per row. There are handrails along both sides of every aisle in the mezzanine. Balcony Location: On the 3rd level: up 77 steps from the Orchestra. There is no elevator to the Balcony. There are approximately 2 steps up/down per row. There are handrails along both sides of every aisle in the Balcony.
